Superformance Returns Policy

We are sorry that your order is not what you were hoping for. Please read carefully below to find out what to do if you are thinking of returning your order.

The Superformance website operates a policy of accepting returns, provided that the spare parts and their packaging are received by us within 14 days in their original condition - this includes claims for shortages and damages:

Please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery, stating that you wish to make a return request/claim for a shortage and quote the account number and invoice number that was supplied with the parts. Upon receipt of your email:

  • We will issue a unique returns number and returns address.
  • Please return spare parts with their original packaging where feasible
  • Once the spare parts are received back at Superformance and quality checked, your credit card/account will be credited.
  • Spare parts that were specifically sourced following your order are deemed as special order and may not be returned for credit.
  • Any item accepted for return after 14 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Superformance will reject any returns that have not received prior returns authority.


Damaged goods

If you are signing for delivery and the goods arrive damaged, you must refuse delivery and note on the courier's documentation that the goods arrived damaged. Without this, we cannot make a claim against the courier for damage in transit. You should then contact us with further information about the condition of the goods so that we can rectify the situation.
